When one owns a money pit ( prime river front property HA) one has a few problems that seem to be a tad expensive and hard work to fix. The last time Brent and I were at the trailer I went to take a shower and we had no hot water. After trying everything we discovered that the wiring to the hot water heater had shorted out. The ground is so hard and rocky we had to rent a little backhoe to get the line fixed. Jake thought it went one way and Brent thought it went another so in the process we dug up a sprinkler line and broke the power line in another place. We only had parts to fix the one. We left the hole in the ground and hope to get up on Labor Day to finish fixing it. Now I can take the break but I am really sad to think that we have beavers and they are having all my trees for lunch. Grandma June would really be mad at those D__ beavers!! Brent just knows that they are just passing through but they have been there for about two weeks and I am running out of trees. I don't think that I will live another 30 years to grow new ones.

How disappointing to see your trees gone. I would be sad too. Hope you get all the "problems" fixed at the trailer before the winter weather sets in.
